  • CANDIDATES' FORUM: LIVERMORE
    MAYORAL & CITY COUNCIL

    The Guild is pleased to host video of
    the Mayoral and City Council
    candidates' forums sponsored by the
    League of Women Voters and the
    American Association of University
    Women.
     
  • HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION MAX BAER
    was recently inducted into the Livermore
    Sports Hall of Fame. Baer, a Livermore
    legend, won the World Heavyweight Boxing
    Championship on June 14, 1934. The
    Sports Hall of Fame is maintained by the Livermore-Granada Boosters.
     
  • BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
    The Heritage Guild's Board of Directors
    meet regularly on the second Wednesday
    of the month in the Community Room of
    the Robert LIvermore Community Center.
    Meetings begin at 7 p.m. and are open
    to the public.
     
  • VISIT THE DUARTE GARAGE MUSEUM
    The Duarte Garage is open to visitors
    from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the third Sunday, of the month. It is located on "old" Lincoln Highway, Portola Ave. at L St. in Livermore.
